I don't understand the language on the screenshot, but maybe you can try:
1. Windows key + R
2. Type "msconfig" then "OK"
3. Go to "Boot" tab
4. Uncheck "Safe boot"

Thanks so much for replying, unknown. But when I went to try it, I couldn't; it just said I didn't have an operating system. So I'm not going to try Tweak Lite 5.7.3 again, not a chance.

When I tried to install it, Windows started and I got a "system missing" message. So I had to reinstall Windows, programs, drivers, etc. It was a complete disaster; I've never had anything like this happen before.
