You can disable only through the registry editor:
Open the main antivirus window>>Settings>>>Performance>>Self Protect>>Remove Marker from "Enable Self Protection">Continue.

Then start the registry editor (Win+R >> regedit) >> go to the following registry branch:

If you have 32 bits (x86) system:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE KasperskyLab AVP21.14 environment]

If you have 64 bit (x64) system:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE WOW6432Node KasperskyLab AVP21.14 environment]
Create the String parameter "IsVersionUpdateEnabled" with the value "0"
