The program does work in "normal" windows environment.
However for increased protection I modified a DEC PDP11/94 mainframe machine - I built an Unibus expansion card (=some kind of "PCI" card with many wires and terminals) holding a minimal Intel Core i-5 system and the native BSD Unix is able to malloc() enough RAM to allow a windows 10 to run inside a restricted memory space.
Boot partition resides on 4 external big big huge open reel to reel tape drives so no chance for any virus to get in there.
However, this is the first time when the Tweak Assistant reports that it is unable to run inside a virtual machine. I have been trying to disable any hardware register related to virtualization... nothing. Windows refuses to start when connecting the drive to a "normal" desktop computer with same CPU (both "normal" and "safe mode" startups) so... there is nothing to be done.
All previous versions did not show this error so I'm sure my machine did not blow any belt or bolt.
