How do you apply Tweak Assistant (23.7.21.0) to a recently installed KAV Standard (21.3.10.391) when access to settings (self defense) is not accessible (greyed out)?

I just wanted to ask if you can add a command line for the trial reset and import export options, as it would be more convenient than interacting with gui at times.
