If you do a clean installation (you uninstall the previous version of (Kaspersky Standard 21.8.5.452) and install the new version of Kaspersky Standard 21.9.6.465, (I use the latest version of Kaspersky Tweak Assistant v23.1.8.0 by Bambang) you get this notice when you are going to import the license
