Hello, some of your installed software or drivers are conflicting in my opinion. Clean installation of windows 10 is good idea. Are you using some important softwares?

Kaspersky Total security
I tried all the tricks to install Windows 10 and in the end the PC shuts down and I get the message that my processor is not compatible

I think the problem is with my i7-3610QM processor. It is not compatible with the latest version of Windows 10 21H1. But I think I can upgrade to Windows 8.1. Still has support until 2023.

Thanks for you help broo

Your processor and laptop is fine windows 10 can run on older core2duo processors. Download windows 10 ltsc 1809 or 2019 64bit. Dont download windows 8.1 soon its support is end. after you download windows 10 iso and install it. i will tell you how to activate it.
Download Link Choose ISO-LTSC :
64Bit

Greetings. Look at the list and I don't see my Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-3610QM processor. My processor is older than cold. But also note that in the article I looked for the processors that Windows 7 uses and mine is not there either and my Laptop is W-7 Home premium SP1. Maybe not all processors are on that list. I think I'll contact Inter or HP to ask.

Thanks for your help (y)(y)(y)

Thanks. Everything works fine so far, but when installing Windows 10 N 1809 LTSC version I can't play some page videos in Opera, FireFox, Vivaldi browser, only youtube looks good. But with Chrome everything is reproduced. I need to install Media Feature - Version 1809 (October 2018) to be able to view the videos on the web using Opera and others

Thanks for everything

BTW, 8.1 sucks big time. I have a 12-year-old DELL notebook and it's running well on W v10 education. You must have done something wrong. Use a memory stick delete old crap and it will work.
