what's the version that you 've installed ? send you the keys to activated it. if you can't activate again , just uninstall kaspersky and clean up with KTL tool, !

tell us more about your issue ! uninstall kaspersky ; after downloading, unzip it and looking for kaspersky.cmd then run it as Admin , and waiting the end , that's it !! have you any errors ? only on windows x64

Hi uninstall it and open KTL tool 5.7.3,click on "CLean". downloading Kaspersky 21.23.6.614 Italian on the Web.pick up the the version that you want. after that creating a folder on desktop. open the S

's folder ...then take the kaspersky.cmd and kaspersky.ini ,put them in the same folder that you've created with kasperky italian version that'll be nameed to startup.exe, keeping the internet on. then run kaspersky.cmd.....and waiting until the end.that's it
