Uninstall Kaspersky with kavremover ! restart pc !
Delete traces with Kaspersky Tweak Lite v5.7.3 !
Reinstall kasperky 21.3.10.391!
Insert KEY and you are done 🙂 🙂

why so?
did kaspersky improve the way the keys are verified by any means? i don't see this possible outcome.
well if that's the religion soon by now, either BUY it or switch to whatever lefts out there(not much or none).
personally am thinking to just buy a Bitdefender Premium key but the price doesn't justify. This would be a one-click-purchase-fix-all, solution or.. manual ( personal firewall+glasswire/another parallel AV(if it still supports win.10) and Hitman Pro.Alert
but again these are so broad extensive that I really don't have the delicacy to configure them even though I do know(with some things I need to look back at) but i DO know for the 90% of it.
What happens is that Kaspersky is still the one to even support Windows 7! So they do still uphold the necessary updates and tool functionality for the correct parameters of Windows 10 in both ethernet/daily drive. Things I did see miss in 7, do not happens in 10. It's very true that 7 is old, and many companies stopped caring to develop specific algorithms for it's kernel design and to work around with what Microsoft left there, may be too much and not enough to drag on till the payday. Yeah basically kaspersky and bitdefender are pretty much the only solution left for 10.
Windows 11 atm is NOT up for any tasks, so, despite those SRL's saying "Bla bla...", they might not use it at all.. and iirc, you can get away even with latest ESET if this **** happens by using the 22H2. I don't know 100% but I do.
anyway is too early for such to happen and we've seen this threat in the past and it took more than 10years to happen and by counting on fingers, few companies did so.
Why do you want to keep the old version of Kaspersky when there is the option to activate the latest version for 3 months, with automatic renewal ?

Because my native language is not English (latest version proposed here is only English)
The latest version is available in all languages ! Simply download the file in your preferred language.
That's normal, Kaspersky Total Security is the old version, it's no longer available !
Get the latest versions of Kaspersky Plus or Premium, they are available in French.

J'ai téléchargé sur le site en Français l'installateur de Kapersky Premium qui c'est "bien" passée jusqu'à l'ecran suivant qui ne m'avance guère :

As-tu bien suivi le tuto dont Stefan35 a affiché le lien, plus haut ?
Sinon, tu n'as plus qu'à tout désinstaller et recommencer. Consulte le tuto, regarde bien la vidéo, puis lorsque tu es prêt, remplace le fichier Kaspersky par celui que tu as téléchargé (en français).

Je suis sous WINDOWS 10 et j'ai bien lancé le kavremover et fait un re-boot.
Lorsque je telecharge ensuite Kaspersky à partir de ce lien officiel
A la fin de l'installation j'ai la page qui me demande un code d'activation ou de rentrer un eMail ...et impossible de rentrer dans l'application ( le lancement de Kaspersky redirige directement sur la page ... impossible d'en sortir sans quitter kaspersky)
La "self defense" étant activé je ne peux même pas tenter un Reset avec une application tierce !
J'ai ensuite récupéré l'activation code (voir le thread de stephan35 plus haut : un petit malin a décodé le kaspersky.cmd qui renvoie vers le setup.cmd décodé du kasperky.ini ... fortiche les gars !!)
.... mais les codes d'activations doivent être valables que sur la version Anglaise car le kaspersky version Française me "jette" ... grrr ^^
