I had to switch to ESET Internet Security in January 2nd from Kaspersky Internet Security 21 after many months of struggling with frequent databases corruption. I was using a license file imported using the KRTCLUB Mod by oval2003. The databases corruption happened almost every time my PC woke from sleep. I tried clean-reinstalling KIS several times, including using their online installers instead of the offline installers and repacks shared here, but the issue just kept happening. I tried different licences as well, but nothing I did fixed the issue. Each time it happened, the databases re-download and update fix solved it until the next time it happened, which wasn't too long after because putting my PC to sleep when not in use is and has been a normal part of my computing life for years.
It wouldn't be a big deal if it happened only once in a while, but having to re-download the databases almost daily, sometimes more than one a day, is a pain on limited data plans and a distraction when your protection is suddenly not functioning when you go to use your PC for other important things. Imagine having to babysit KIS each time you wake your PC just to confirm it's running happily! I've been a user of these medicines for much longer and I can confirm that this started happening with KIS 21. Is this some common, but less spoken of hurdle that other users here experience and tolerate in silence?

You need remove kis with kav remover final version and than install kis or kav or kts use lic file with club-krt 6.23.3 final
And run virus updata base fixed it

That link works just fine for me too, but it's not for version "club-krt 6.23.3 final" as you wrote. Was that a typing error? I already have v6.21.3_Fix2.
