Question mibbit Widget, help needed Please

Hello Friends;
I 'm running InspIRCD-3.9.0 With mibbit widget. Anyone knows how to configure premium mibbit widget to have different users nick colors . Secondly how to configure .js files to have features available for user's group. I configured it but having problem running all of the IRCD commands plus the PM won't show up.

Please help, If anyone is willing to help I'm willing to pay for your services.
