Q: I can't click the Continue button because the window contents don't fit in
the window itself and the button is out of sight. What should I do?
A: This happens occasionally on poorly configured operating systems. There is a
TAB key on the keyboard. Click it until you reach the desired menu item.

Q: The installation was not completed due to an unknown error. What to do?
A: Read the error code decoding . I also recommend studying the installation
log. It is located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\

Q: My antivirus found a Trojan in this release. How so?
A: Some antiviruses may mistakenly claim that the release contains viruses.
They usually point to the files medicine.exe, Cinema 4D.exe, templib.dll,
xzlib0.dll and wintrust.dll. Well, I can assure you that these are all false
positives! To solve the problem with the first three files, simply disable
your antivirus during the installation of Acrobat and the first launch of
Cinema 4D (if you installed After Effects with it). I will tell you how to
do this using the Windows security mechanism as an example. To begin with, I
advise you to disable SmartScreen. And not just during the installation, but
FOREVER! To do this, launch the Windows Security application and select App
& browser control -> Reputation-based protection settings -> Check apps and
files -> Disable. *In Windows 10, there is one less intermediate step. Next,
disable the main antivirus block. But this is temporary. In the Windows
Security application, select Virus & threat protection -> Manage settings
and set all switches to Off. After the installation is complete, you can
return the switches to their original state. But if your antivirus complains
about the last two files in the list, just add them to the antivirus
exceptions.

Q: What should I do to be able to work with cloud storage and other online
services?
A: To do this, you need to connect to the Adobe server with your ID by
selecting "Help->Sign In" in the program menu and logging in. I strongly
recommend closing the window in which you are offered to run the trial
version with a cross. In this case, in the future, you will not encounter
the problem of the annoying message about the end of the trial period! After
restarting the program, online services will become available.

Q: What about the medications in the current version of the build?
A: The build was treated based on the developments of uncia & CGP Co. A number
of files were patched, which I then built into the installer. You do not
need to do anything to treat it! Just in case, the original files are saved
with the *.bak extension. If you want to get the original untreated product,
just remove this extension from these files and replace them with the
existing patched files.

Q: Can you tell me more about blocking pop-up notifications about the end of
the trial period, the medicine+ folder and the Wintrust treatment method?
A: At the time of the release of the build, some (not all) users of the latest
versions of Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom Classic began to receive
pop-up notifications about the end of the trial period again. There is a
method, codenamed WinTrust, that solves this problem. I do not like this
method, because it affects not specific programs, but the entire OS as a
whole. That is, using this method potentially weakens the security of
Windows. That is why, and because Wintrust is not necessary for everyone, I
do not use this method by default. But if you encountered the "pop-up
problem", I left you with the option to initiate it yourself. To do this,
there is a medicine+ folder in the root of the disk image, in which you need to
run the wintrust.cmd script. You need to run it as an administrator and with
the antivirus disabled, and then reboot the computer. The problem will go
away. If you later want to deactivate the method, run the same script again.

Q: What about disabling spyware modules?
A: The spyware modules Log Transport Application (LogTransport2.exe), CRLog
Transport Application (CRLogTransport.exe), Adobe Crash Processor (Adobe
Crash Processor.exe), Adobe Crash Report Window (AdobeCrashReportWindow.exe)
and Adobe Crash Report (AdobeCrashReport.exe) are disabled. Just in case,
the files that initialize them are saved with the *.bak extension. If you
suddenly want to restore their functionality, just remove this extension
from these files. Also, the medicine included in the build removes Adobe
Genuine Service if this module was previously installed with other Adobe
programs (this module is not installed with this build).

Q: When opening the program, the error "Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve
the problem, is missing or damaged..." appears. What should I do?
A: You have "tails" from previous installations of Adobe Creative Cloud
components left in your system. They must be removed. To do this, use the
Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool utility . First select All as the
component to be removed, and then Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. Then
reinstall the failed program. This type of cleaning and reinstallation will
not damage previously installed programs. This program is included in
/extras for your convenience.

Q: After installing Photoshop 2025, the error "SSE 4.2 or later" appears. What
should I do?
A: According to Adobe , Photoshop 2021 and above requires a processor with SSE
4.2 or later. Unfortunately, if your processor does not support this
architecture, this version of Photoshop will not work on your computer.

Q: I can't download neural filters in Photoshop. Why?
A: If you are denied downloading neurofilters, then delete the folder
"%appdata%\Adobe\UXP\PluginsStorage\PHSP\26\Internal\com.adobe.nfp.gallery
\PluginData" . Do you see the number 26 in the path? If in addition to
folder 26 you also have 25, 24, etc., then you need to clean them out in the
same way! After that, restart the program - the filters should start
downloading. I recommend downloading all the necessary filters at once,
because when you delete this folder, you also delete all previously
downloaded neurofilters.

Q: Despite the fact that I am logged in, cloud storage in Photoshop is still
unavailable. What is wrong?
A: Unfortunately, the mechanism used in the build to block pop-up notifications
about the end of the trial period also blocks cloud storage in this program.

Q: Generative AI does not work for me. Is there any way to solve this issue?
A: Only people who have actually paid for a subscription can use generative
tools. And even they have limits on the number of generations. Also, you can
use generative tools during the free trial period for 14 days. That is, if
you really need generative tools, then register a new business account here
(14 days trial versus 7 for personal) and activate the trial period, then
log in to the program using it via the Help->Sign In menu. After 14 days,
register a new ID. And so on, until you get bored. Oh, and don't forget to
delete the outgoing rule in Windows Firewall named "Adobe Unlicensed
Pop-up"! Unfortunately, there are no other ways at the moment. For residents
of the Russian Federation, the procedure is a little more complicated. Since
Adobe has officially left Russia, you will need to use a VPN both during
registration and while using generative tools. And not only in the browser!
You need a VPN that intercepts Internet connections and other programs on
the computer, in particular Adobe applications. Yes, and before registering
a new account, do not forget to log out of the old one, both in the programs
and the browser. In the browser, it is also advisable to clear the cookies
for the Adobe site. That's all! Please do not bother me with the topic of
generative options.

Q: When I launch Animate, instead of the Start screen, I just have a black
background. What should I do?
A: If the presence of the Start screen is not particularly important to you,
then simply use the program menu to create / open a file. If you want to see
the Start screen at startup, you need to connect to the Adobe server with
your ID, select "Help->Sign In" in the program menu and log in - the Start
screen will work in normal mode.

Q: Acrobat Pro asks me to log in when I start it. Is this normal?
A: Acrobat Pro was installed untreated. Most likely, this happened because the
medicine was blocked by the antivirus. In this case, you need to run the cure
manually with the antivirus disabled. Paths to find medicines in the Master
Collection distribution: ..\Adobe 2025\products\APRO_x32\medicine.exe for the
32-bit version, ..\Adobe 2025\products\APRO\medicine.exe for the 64-bit
version. Run the medicine and just wait for the message "fixing complete.
Enjoy!" After that, you can freely use the cured application.

Q: Can I install Acrobat Pro 32-bit and 64-bit at the same time?
A: Yes, it is possible, although I do not understand why this is necessary ...
So uncheck the box for installing Acrobat Pro 32-bit.

Q: I cannot connect to the Adobe server with my ID from Acrobat Pro. What
should I do?
A: Unfortunately, this is a feature of the medicine. The program is slightly
broken here.

Q: How do I switch between the old and new Acrobat Pro interfaces?
A: New -> Old: in the upper left corner of the program, click on "Menu" and
select "Disable new Acrobat" from the drop-down menu, then restart the
program. Old -> New: in the top menu, click on "View" and select "Enable
new Acrobat" from the drop-down menu, then restart the program.

Q: Why am I blocked from creating a new project in Premiere Rush?
A: In order for the program to work properly, you need to connect to the Adobe
server with your ID by selecting "Help->Sign In" in the program menu and

Q: Why does Fresco ask me to log in right after launching?

Q: After launching Fresco, it closes almost immediately with some kind of

A: Most likely, the notification says that the program requires a GPU with
Direct X that supports Feature Level 12.1. Apparently, your GPU does not
support this version. I can't help with this. Use version 5.5.5 or earlier.
Although it has similar system requirements, the program ran with Feature
Level 12.0.

Q: After launching Fresco, a notification appears that the program requires
Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime. What should I do?
A: In the notification window, click "Download". The official Microsoft Edge
WebView2 page will open in the browser. Scroll to the Download the WebView2
Runtime section. Under the Evergreen Bootstrapper heading, click Download,
accept the license agreement and download the Microsoft Edge WebView2
Runtime installer. Run the downloaded installer and wait for it to complete.
After that, Fresco will start working.

Q: Even if I select English during installation, Fresco is still in Russian.
What should I do?
A: This type of installer does not provide the user with the ability to select
a language for Fresco. The language is selected automatically based on the
OS preferred language settings. If you want to change the preferred
language, go to "Settings->Time & Language->Language-Preferred languages"
and set English above Russian in the list. After that, the Fresco interface
language will change. But keep in mind that these are system settings, not a
specific program. The interface language may change for some other programs
and even some elements of the OS interface itself!

Q: Even if I select English during installation, XD is still in Russian? What
should I do?
A: This type of installer does not provide the user with the ability to select
a language for XD. The language is selected automatically based on the
operating system language. However, the program interface language can be
changed on an already installed application. To do this, launch the program
and open any template. After that, log in in the program menu "Help->Sign
In...". Restart the program, open the template again, then in the program
menu click "Edit->Preferences->Language" and set the desired application
interface language.

Q: Illustrator and InDesign are very resource-hungry. Is there anything I can
do?
A: Try killing the CoreSync.exe process in Task Manager. Then rename/delete the
file that launches this process. It is located at the following path: C:\
Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Sync\CoreSync\CoreSync.exe. According to
reviews, this action significantly reduces the program's resource
consumption. Another option: you can log in in the program menu "Help->Sign
In...".

Q: When I launch Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder or Audition, the
application closes with error 0xc0000142! The same with InDesign. What's
wrong?
A: Starting with version 24.1, these applications require mandatory support for
Advanced Vector Extensions 2 (AVX2) by your processor. If your processor
does not support this technology, none of these programs will start, giving
the same error. I recommend "rolling back" to a version of the program older
than 24.1. For InDesign, to a version earlier than 20.0.

Q: When trying to use the transcription module in Premiere Pro, the program
starts downloading language packs endlessly. What's wrong?
A: Adobe Speech to Text language packs are not included in this build. They
weigh a lot. Each is 800 MB. But I took into account the interests of those
who actually use the corresponding plugin and created an Adobe Speech to
Text for Premiere Pro build especially for them, with which they can install

Q: Can you tell me more about the possibility of using Maxon Cinema 4D as a
standalone application?
A: Maxon Cinema 4D is forcibly installed as part of the Adobe After Effects
2025 package. By default, a trial version is installed. But I have cured it
for you (n1z method). When you first launch the program, you will see the
License Manager window with an error message. Just close it. The program
will automatically start again. But already completely cured of greed! Let
me clarify right away that this is a version without RedShift. Also, you
should know that the developers have removed the Russian interface from the
2024 version of the line. So don't blame me for the lack of all this.

Q: Can I somehow update the applications included in the Master Collection?
A: I strongly advise against updating using the standard tools of the programs
themselves or using the Creative Cloud Desktop application, since this will
100% lead to a failure of the treatment. I advise you to use my builds with
updated versions of the programs. The new version can be installed over the
old one if both versions belong to the same line (for example, both versions
have the "2025" badge). Moreover, if you have Master Collection installed,
and you only need to update Photoshop, then you can use a separate Photoshop
build - everything will be updated correctly, with all your settings
transferred to the new version.
